My husband e-mailed me this really cool add-on for Firefox today. It’s called “Morning Coffee.” When you click on it (or you can set it to fire up upon opening the browser) it opens each of the websites you put in your list in separate tabs. The coolest thing is that you can set different sites for different days. You choose the frequency when you add the site – everyday, one specific day of the week day, MWF, T/TH, weekdays, or weekends.
This will be awesome for me because I have a list of websites I check whenever I get a chance to read blogs. Instead of going down the list to open each one, I just click on the little coffee cup icon in Firefox and they all open in tabs. I can also add the sites I check rarely on to only one day’s morning coffee setting.
On a Microsoft sucks worse than I thought side-note, I finally figured out why my Outlook 2003 won’t let me open links in e-mail. I have Firefox set as my default browser. When I change it back to Internet Explorer, the links open fine. Those bastards!
If you are not already using Firefox, you should check it out. The add-ons rock.
