I hope you weren’t looking for a thoughtful post because … I got nothing. Nothing.
But, this is funny. I get Google Alerts for “homeschooling,” and various other permutations of that phrase, and one of the alerts brought me to IMAO.
Man, I laughed my arse off reading such posts as Who Knows More: A General or Wiener Kids on the Internet? and Awesome, which begins “Hagel, the Senator I’ve most wanted to punch in the face, is retiring. That’s awesome.”
And the Daily Fred Thompson Facts are a riot, if you have a sort of warped sense of humor, anyway.
The funniest thing, though, was this Fred Thompson shirt.

I’m not going to tell you what it says because it is only funny if you see it and I am too lazy to post the image here.
Yes, I know that stuff is over the top and not conducive to bringing people together, but it is just so darn funny! I also know that many of my left-wing readers have come to expect something more, I don’t know, dignified from me, but what can I say? Just because I don’t say this stuff doesn’t mean I don’t laugh at it.
Speaking of Thompson, I will weigh in on all the GOP nominees, as soon as I give a crap get a chance. I just find it hard to get all worked up about ‘08 yet, unlike some of you losers dedicated citizen journalists out there who have been blogging this thing to death offering extensive coverage since the day after the ‘06 elections.
