I just didn't have the time. It takes time to put together a response. I do not agree that I should not allow comments if I am not going to respond to every thing someone says. Many blogs are like that. As for the business, I am going to sell some stuff that I make - wire sculptures and soaps, to start. Well, hopefully sell, anyway. I am still in the process of figuring out exactly how I am going to make the site. Free is good, but it needs to be balanced with control of content. I am playing around with a couple of options to see which I like best. I think I like what I was working on today the best, so far. I will be sure to tell you all about it when I am finished. But if you're going to put up ideas and opinions that are easily disproven, and don't have the time or the will to defend them and back them up, perhaps you shouldn't allow commenting (which would be tragic, because nobody would learn anything on either side),or just don't post anything that you're not willing or able to defend.
