Later this morning, I am taking my three sons up to my mother’s house for two nights.
Hallelujah!
Not that I don’t love my kids. I do spend every single day with them by choice. I just really need a break. Plus, I am getting a head cold and it has triggered a migraine, and whine, whine, whine.
But, enough about me.
So, in lieu of a post, I am offering you this linkdump of some other great Vermont bloggers.
- Jeff, over at Alphecca, takes a look at the Democratic candidates’ stances on gun control.
- Vermont Tiger offers up a wonderful guest post by Bill Sayre. Be sure to read this short parable that demonstrates the concepts of minimum wage and capital.
- On The Cool Blue Blog, Frank has highlights of Fred Thompson’s performance in the South Carolina GOP debate.
- And don’t forget to check out the Carnival of Principled Government, hosted right here on She’s Right.
I would also like to take a minute to send out my thoughts and prayers to the Bedrosian family. Haik, who blogs at BurlingtonPol.com, lost his mother on Sunday. The obituary was in yesterday’s Free Press, but I did not want to mention it publicly until he posted about it on his blog. Go on over and send him some love.

Enjoy your break from those kids Charity. Looking forward to your show tomorrow…now if I can only remember to watch it. I wish the access channels would break up their schedule on digital cable so you can set reminders for their programming. I still have a few posts to sift thru in the carnival…it’s pretty good so far though…

Thanks, Mister.
Hey, I didn’t realize you were a local. The show is Friday.

Yea, I realized that I had my days wrong as I was drifting off to sleep the other nite…doh! I’m a local, but a flatlander none-the-less.
Anyone who likes GnR is OK in my book BTW.
