What I don&#039;t get at all is why Obama is getting away with this &quot;ad straight out of the Republican playbook&quot; thing.  It&#039;s straight out of the *Mondale* playbook unfortunately, even the Daily Show got that one right:

Karl Rove was running the 1984 Phil Gramm Senatorial campaign at the time BTW...sheesh...  I agree that Clinton is desperate at this point though, but Obama hasn&#039;t even seen yet how nasty the GOP attack campaign can get.  I&#039;ll be waiting for the nuclear explosion ad next.</description>
