Redistribution of wealth is what govenment is. If government didn’t take from someone to give to someone else, it wouln’t exist. Everything government is and does comes down to wealth distribution, not just tax refunds.

How is taxing for anything- soldiers, senators, space shuttles, bank bail-outs, eternal flames, foreign aid- not also “common theivery” as you put it? The government takes from some and gives to others in all cases.
