This is a video of the presentation that Jaime Smith of The Ice Factor made to the Burlington Business Association.

He focuses on the development of The Ice Factor in Scotland at an old power plant that was an environmental hazard, which 50% of the people wanted torn down. (Why does that sound so familiar?)

The Ice Factor has been tremendously successful there and a boon to the local economy. And that is in a town of 750 people, located 2.5 miles away from the nearest city!

Whether or not you support this project, you must admit that is impressive.
