			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Welcome to the 17th Carnival of Principled Government.</p>
<p>This is the I-Just-Moved-to-My-Own-Server Edition.</p>
<p>I decided to take my blog from WordPress.com to my own host.  Since I am running multiple blogs on the same hosting account, I had to create a subdirectory for each blog.</p>
<p>Subdirectories came to mind while I was trying to mentally organize all of the carnival submissions into my original theme idea.  <em>They didn&#8217;t all fit.</em></p>
<p>If I had to create a network of subdirectories for this carnival, this is how it would look:</p>
